What's so great about Pointy?
Pointy is the perfect balance of functionality and usability. Often a CMS will try too hard to be all things to all people and end up frustratingly difficult to use. Others will try to restrict you too much and make it impossible to extend the functionality of your site to suit your company's needs. We strive to provide a CMS which is both simple to use at the same time as being fully extensible.
What's more is Pointy is designed from the ground up to work beautifully on smart phones and tablets and is optimised for search engines. It's open source which means that you really own it and Pointy conforms to web standards which means your site will work well into the future.
How much does it cost?
It all depends on how much you want it customised but a standard install only costs $2995. This includes the one-off licence for Pointy, a variation of the standard template (similar to what you see here), setup on one of our high-performance servers and free hosting for the first year.
What about ongoing hosting?
Because Pointy is open source you are free to host it wherever you like with whoever you like. We offer standard hosting for $360 per year and if you need a domain name we can sort that out for you for only $20 per year.

What is a Content Management System?
A content management system (CMS) is a type of website that allows you to edit your pages without the need for technical assistance from an expert. Typically, a CMS will also give you the ability to keep a library of images and files and will provide a Word-like interface for editing your pages.
